Kitch knows tennis - and tennis players

Since 1981, Gary Kitchell, or “Kitch” has been dealing with tennis specific injuries – their causes and cures.  He is a sports physical therapist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a USPTA teaching professional.

During this time, Kitch has worked with players with more than 150 Grand Slam Titles, including at least 15 former number one in the world ranked players - players such as Sampras, McEnroe, Lendl, and Courier.  He has also worked with an additional 400 touring professionals both on the ATP and WTA tours as well as over 4,000 plus amateur tennis players.  Kitchell lectures to the USPTA continuing education certification on the biomechanics of tennis

Gary understands that players want to keep playing, no matter the injury.  Over time, Kitch has developed strategies, protocols and corrective therapies that are designed specifically for bringing back injured players to the game they love.

And Kitch has developed preemptive performance enhancing training programs for tennis and other sports that addresses the required physical demands of strength, flexibility and movement that helps athletes of all levels to maximize their physical potential.
